You can get traffic information by calling Ybuss' Customer Service 0771-33 44 44. Notifications are sent out when a delay is estimated to exceed 30 min.
Rebooking and cancellation of Ybuss´ tickets can be done on www.ybuss.se, at our dealers or via Customer Service on telephone +46 771-33 44 44.
If you have a claim for compensation or want feedback on an event connected to Ybuss, you can make a complaint in the menu. We will investigate the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.
